The pilot tests whether structured check-ins and trusted-circle coordination help surface support needs earlier — not clinical diagnosis, just peer check-in.

- Cohort size: 25–50 veterans
- Privacy: All data encrypted. No PII shared outside consent.
- Commitment: Two peer check-ins per month + optional group call
